Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Room 6
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 7
Room, 3rd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Indoors 

The house offers its first living room on the ground floor, with a fireplace, a piano, a beautiful period bar and an indoor table football. The large equipped kitchen also allows you to eat around its central table. Another kitchen / living room is located on the 3^rd floor. It has a TV and provides access to the terrace.
A hammam is also available in the house.

Outdoors

The private swimming pool is 10 x 3 meters (depth 1.60 meters) and located in the garden. Deckchairs are at your disposal by the pool and on the terrace. An outdoor dining table welcomes you to enjoy your meal while admiring the garden.

Location

The house is located close by the famous city’s arena. The nearest beach is 35 km away.
