The property comprises a main house and two annexes.

The exterior of the property is just as enchanting as the interior. Loggias at the rear of the villa overlook the old water channels of the mill, still visible today. A large garden around the old central olive tree offers a relaxation area with a wood-burning oven and comfortable seating.
The swimming pool (15 x 7m – Depth: 1.6m), surrounded by greenery and cypress trees, blends perfectly into the Tuscan landscape, with the soothing sound of the river and surrounding hills in the background. The riverside is a veritable oasis for reconnecting with nature, equipped with sun loungers and a table for outdoor socialising.
