Indoors
The house, which was completely renovated in 2020, superbly combines the charm of a 1950s residence with the comfort of a modern villa.
You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with high standard worktops, the custom-made dining table made by a cabinetmaker, the originality of the bedroom « tourelle » (turret), the charm of the exposed beams in the main room and the service wine cellar.
The villa also has air conditioning, smart TV (Siemens Qled) and large windows allowing you to enjoy a magnificent view of Cap Canaille and the sea.
Outdoors
The property offers pleasant exteriors, with an exceptional view of the port of Cassis, the Cap Canaille, the Charlemagne crown, the castle of Cassis and the Bestouan beach.
You will enjoy the large and very well equipped terraces, the numerous areas of relaxation of the garden and of the heated infinity pool with overflow (10 x 4m – depth from 0.2 to 1.4m).
From the villa you can reach the beach via a small pedestrian staircase.
The property includes parking spaces for 4 cars.
Staff & Services
In July and August, the price includes breakfast (with pastries delivered every morning) and the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
Pool heating is included from July to September (optional the rest of the year).
You can also get advice on local sports and leisure activities, and buy wine on site.
Concerning the heating of the swimming pool:
- It is heated naturally in July and August, except when necessary, when it is heated by the heat pump.
- In June, September and October the pool is heated by the heat pump.
- Outside the period from 15 June to 15 October the pool can be heated, price to be negotiated.
Location
The villa is located in Cassis, at the beginning of the peninsula. It has a privileged location at only 50 meters above the Bestouan beach, accessible by a small pedestrian staircase.
You will be 5 minutes walk from the Port and the Centre of Cassis, 8 minutes walk from Port Miou and the Parc National des Calanques.
There is also the Hotel des Roches Blanches 200 metres away and the restaurant La Madie (Michelin-starred) 1 km away.
Cassis train station is 3 km away, the centre of Marseille via La Gineste is 20 km away and Aix en Provence is 60 km away.
