Villa Aphrodite I

Villa Aphrodite I is an old olive oil press from the 19th century, tastefully renovated into a waterfront vacation home surrounded by 27 hectares of olive groves. It is separated into three houses and has a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and direct access to the sea. 

The house is located on the same grounds as Villa Aphrodite II, which can accommodate up to 8 people. These can be rented simultaneously to accommodate a larger number of people.

Indoors 

The villa consists of 3 separate buildings with various outdoor living areas. In total, 8 rooms can accommodate up to 16 people:

• The main house (320 m²) has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, an indoor dining room, a bar and a kitchen. There are also two guest bathrooms and several outdoor areas including a shower.
• The boathouse (80m²) has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living room with home cinema.
• The guesthouse (88m²) has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchenette, an outdoor shower and a porch with a sitting area.

The interior decoration combines authenticity, comfort and modernity while respecting the traditional architecture of Corfu. 

Outdoors​ 

The house is located on the sea front and has a private access to the sea and a private boat dock. The deckchairs at the water’s edge and the terraces with an outdoor dining room and a barbecue allow you to enjoy the view of the Ionian Sea. 
The house has a lighted tennis court, a private outdoor pool with a bar, a ping-pong table and a trampoline (to be requested 7 days before arrival).

Staff & Services

The villa rental includes the following services : welcome drinks, daily continental breakfast (served buffet style with local delicacies), daily housekeeping (4h/day for bedrooms and breakfast cleanup), mid-week linen & towel change.
Additional services are also available at an extra charge, such as a chef, boat rental, extra cleaning, personal trainer, laundry service, etc.

Location

The villa is located in the small municipality of Agia Pelagia, on the southeast coast of the island of Corfu, Greece. It is next to the fishing village of Bouraki and the village of Chlomos.

Note

Although the safety standards for children are respected, any accident that may occur due to lack of supervision remains the responsibility of the parents.
