Villa Byzance is located on the island of Kefalonia, close to the Mount Ainos and on the Ionian Sea borders. This charming villa and its authentic environment offer to its guests conviviality, serenity, comfort and privacy. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The property, which is an old agricultural estate, has olive trees that produce a high quality cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, which guests can taste. The estate also has a Byzantine chapel built in the 17th century. Its ruins are hidden behind bushes that have been voluntarily left untouched.

Room. This bedroom has 1 twin beds. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with 2 washbasins, bathtub with shower head. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace, private balcony.

Room 3
Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 baby bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with shower. This bedroom includes also TV, dressing room, private terrace, private balcony.

Note : there is also a sofabed in the living room.
 

Indoors 

Villa Byzance has spacious interiors that offer different atmospheres throughout the day. The rooms are air-conditioned and have private stone balconies adorned with grasses.
There are three bedrooms in total and the living room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. 

Outdoors​ 

The estate is spread over several agricultural plateaus arranged in dry-stone wall terraces. The villa is located on the central plateau and visitors will be able to access the two lower terraces where there are an orange grove and a vegetable garden. Guests can also enjoy several terraces shaded by stone pergolas and patios, the Mediterranean garden with its grassy areas, a hammock which offering a breathtaking view and a pool with a water bench and built-in jacuzzi.
The main terrace also offers a fantastic 360° panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the island of Zante.
Guests will also appreciate the barbecue area, the fitness equipment (treadmill, bike, yoga equipment), the table tennis table, as well as the lounge area on the restanque.

Staff & Services

​Full housekeeping at the end of the stay, garden maintenance and concierge service are included. The villa also offers guests the possibility of additional services such as chef services, additional housekeeping, grocery delivery, breakfasts, airport transfers, baby sitter services, and car with driver.

Location

The property is located on Kefalonia, the largest of the Ionian Islands. This little-known Greek archipelago stretches from Corfu in the north to the beautiful and discreet Kythira in the Aegean Sea. Its natural panorama is of unique beauty.
The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and the main amenities are within easy reach.
