Indoors 

The house has vast and comfortable well equipped interiors. ​With its five bedrooms and its eight bathrooms the villa can accommodate up to are 10 persons. All bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite, one with a jacuzzi bathtub and one with a massage shower. One of the bedrooms is specially designed as a children’s bedroom with 4 normal size beds, a large TV and a Play Station 3 with games. Cots and high chairs are also available. 
Guests can enjoy various living areas such as a living room with expansive sea views and tall ceilings, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate library and study and a spacious independent high tech Teleworking lounge “Sanctuary” that leads onto an inspiring mega view terrace.  
The living room is a spacious 80 square metres with beautiful sea views through large panoramic windows. It has an enormous flat screen TV with Home Cinema System and there is also a fully working fireplace.
The 40 square metres dining room is a combination of modern solid oak and antique furniture.
The kitchen is completely fully equipped and has for example three fridges and a professional oven. This place has sea view on one side and on the Mediterranean garden on the other.
Visitors can also apreciate the beautiful relaxing chill out lounge with its large heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea view.

Outdoors​ 

The property offers many external terraces with sun loungers and sofas. The main external dining terrace includes a solid teak dining table and benches and a professional barbecue.
The infinity pool (8 x 5 metres) blends perfectly with the sea and a special childproof fence for the pool is available on request.
The villa also has a nice garden and a direct access to the sea.

Staff & Services

The villa manager attends to the guests needs to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
Complete housekeeping at the end of the stay is included and the villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services on request such as chef services, baby sitter services, airport transferts, grocery delivery, breakfasts, additional housekeeping, or car with driver.

Location

Villa Carcala is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Practically on the doorstep (within a 2 minutes’ walk), guests can find all the general amenities such as various restaurants, bars, a diving centre, a hairdressers, car and bicycle hire, three supermarkets, a ticket agency for local activities, tennis courts, basketball courts…
