Villa Eleonora

Bedrooms

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom outside the room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom ensuite, shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also office area.

Note: bedroom number 2 is connected to a single bedroom.

Indoors

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room, perfect for family and friends to get together. 

The dining room and kitchen are on either side of a beautiful fireplace. If you prefer to dine at home, there are every imaginable type of cooking utensil at your disposal. There’s a charming terrace just off the dining room, where you can enjoy a cappuccino in the quiet morning sunshine.

The bedrooms, spread over three floors, offer comfort and privacy. The king and queen beds in the suites provide a dreamy night’s sleep, while luxury bed linen adds a touch of refinement. All rooms are furnished and decorated with care for optimum relaxation.

The villa has a reliable 1GB fibre optic service which is connected to a mesh WIFI router providing high speed wireless internet throughout the villa.  A wireless printer is also available in the newly configured office. 
These features make the villa ideal if you are looking for a place from which to work remotely for short periods of time, all year round.

Outdoors

Ideally located in the historic centre of the village of Castelmuzio, Casa Nobile is nestled in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, in the province of Siena. Just 20 minutes from the A1 motorway, it is north of Rome and south of Florence. This makes it easy to explore these vibrant cities with their rich history. What’s more, the property is within walking distance of a variety of local attractions, ensuring you’re perfectly immersed in Tuscan village life.
