Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, balcony.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, balcony.

Note : The villa also has a sofa bed (BZ type).

Indoors 

This air-conditioned house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, will offer you calm and comfort.
You will appreciate the pleasant living/dining room, the equipped kitchen, the office and the 3 beautiful bedrooms.

Outdoors​ 

The property benefits from a superb panoramic view of the sea and the Cap Canaille.
You can enjoy the 200m² of terraces, the garden and the infinity pool (21.8m long X 3.5 to 6.9m wide – Depth from 0.3 to 1.1m).
The villa also has a private access to the sea.

Note : the property has parking spaces for 2/3 vehicles. The garage is not accessible (reserved for the use of the owners).

Staff & Services

The price includes a cleaning service twice a week (2 x 2 hours), as well as the maintenance of the pool and the outdoors (2 x 2 hours).
The final housekeeping is not included in the price.
