Bedrooms

On the first floor, there are four suites and a 15m2 single room (ideal for a nanny or babysitter). On the second floor are the two suites.
The suites measure between 38 and 42 m².

Note: in bedroom 1, it is possible (on request) to add an extra bed for a child under 12.

Indoors 

The house opens with a vast reception room featuring a welcoming fireplace. Three light-filled lounges offer sublime views of the garden, inner courtyard, patio and parkland, while the ‘Le Jardin d’Hiver’ dining room offers a convivial 45 m² south-facing space. The luxury Bulthaup kitchen, in oak and stainless steel, equipped with a cold zone, steam and classic cooking, and convenient access for a caterer, is a true gourmet’s dream.

Outdoors 

Nestling in 2,500 m² of parkland, the setting is a poem of nature: fig, apple, hazelnut and maple trees provide a verdant backdrop all year round. Boxwood bushes, white roses, star jasmine and Spanish laurel add an elegant, fragrant touch. The square vegetable garden with its chestnut plessis is a source of aromatic herbs, red fruit and a variety of vegetables.You can also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool with removable floor* (10 x 5m – Depth: 1.5m).

Staff & Services

Please note that services vary according to the season:
– In July and August, continental breakfast is delivered and rooms and common areas are cleaned daily. A butler is also on duty from 8am to 1pm.
– In May, June and September: continental breakfast delivered and rooms and common areas cleaned daily.
– In low season: no service included.

In July and August, you can have brunch at the 4-star hotel to which the villa is attached (on request and at an additional cost – service from 8am to 1pm).
You will also have access (on request and at an additional cost) to the hotel’s Spa Clarins, which offers a range of treatments and massages (3 cabins with top-of-the-range treatment tables, 1 Pedispa cabin, quality hand and foot beauty treatments, Hammam, outdoor Jacuzzi sensory shower, frigidarium, private garden, relaxation lounge, ‘Chic des Plantes’ organic herbal tea room).

Other services also available on request (at an additional cost): Home chef, butler, your shopping is done and put away on your arrival, ironing, evening service (rooms are prepared for the night and bathrooms refreshed, change of bed linen every three days, baby sitting.

This exceptional property is ideally located on the Ile de Ré, just 50 metres from the picturesque port of Saint-Martin de Ré. The house is easily accessible. La Rochelle, with its train station and airport, is just 25 minutes away. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the 4-star hotel to which the villa is attached, adding an extra touch of charm to your stay.
