Indoors

The house has been fully designed and decorated by two talents, a Moroccan architect and a French decorator, who have mixed their ideas for an exceptional rendering.
The living rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. You will find the large living room, which overlooks the pool terrace. This one is divided in two spaces: the Moroccan living room and its design chimney, and the TV area.
Continue your visit of the villa and you will find the large dining room with its wooden table and its windows overlooking the outside.

Outdoors

Villa Giarika offers beautiful outdoor areas, very quiet, spacious and neat, inviting relaxation.
The fully fenced plot allows guests to enjoy privacy and total tranquility.
You will be seduced by the magnificent 26m long swimming pool, ideal for those who like to swim a few laps.
The terraces offer several relaxation areas, ranging from a shaded outdoor lounge to multiple sun loungers and umbrellas, and a shaded dining area with barbecue, ideal for summer meals with family and friends.
For those who wish to enjoy even more the view of the Atlas, the roof terrace has a Moroccan style relaxation area.

Staff and services

A cook is at your disposal for meals.
A maid and a housekeeper are also there to serve you (depending on the number of people).
2 gardeners maintain the park and the pool, and a guard is present 24 hours a day.

Notes

The owners are great lovers of nature, they wanted to reduce their ecological impact to the maximum, and so decided to use a biomass heating system for the villa and pool.
