Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with bathtub. separate WC room.

Note: 1 double sofa bed, 1 cot and 2 70/130 mattresses are also available.

Indoors

Elegant decoration, bright spaces, and modern equipments, all you need to feel at home away from home. 
Spacious living room with a 4k smart TV with Netflix and chromecast, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dryers and 2 washing machines, laudry and wine cellar. 

Outdoors

Outside, you’ll find the private heated swimming pool, and an outdoor shower (with hot water). 
Direct acces to the sea by a scale and a private boat dock.
To keep fit and add adventure to your holidays, the villa also offers 2 bicycles, a paddle board, a kayak, a table tennnis, a fussball, a propane barbecue, and a rower.
