Indoors
The interior of the villa is composed of an open and equipped kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room with fireplace. Large windows allow direct access to the pool and enjoy the sea view. The house is modern and comfortable.
The main villa consists of the communal living areas and 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, some with access to a terrace or balcony. The fifth bedroom is in the guest house, as well as a second kitchen and a laundry room.
Outdoors
The house has beautiful exteriors including a lush garden and a beautiful saltwater pool (10x4m) surrounded by sunbeds. The ideal place to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. A sauna and jacuzzi offer a moment of relaxation.
On the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a lounge area, where you can enjoy an aperitif or a good meal with family and friends, while admiring the sunset.
The pool is heated (28 degrees) and the jacuzzi (38 degrees).
A pathway offers direct access to the sea, where you can even swim and enjoy the clear waters.
Staff & Services
The rental includes the services of a Villa Manger, daily cleaning (except on Sundays), access to the sauna and jacuzzi, as well as maintenance of the pool and garden.
Location
Villa Mañana is only a 5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. The city of Palma is approximately 25 minutes away by car.
