Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room, balcony.
Room 4 – Jardin :
Suite, direct access to the garden, view of the garden, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, safe, dressing room.
Note: 2 bedrooms + 1 child’s bedroom in the house. 1 suite in the garden.

On the ground floor, visitors will discover a large and comfortable living room, a dining room with a large professional kitchen, a guest toilet, a laundry room and a master bedroom with a children’s bedroom in its continuity, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor there is a third bedroom with private bathroom.
Another suite with bathroom is located in the garden.

Gassin is in the centre of the Saint-Tropez peninsula : less than 2 km from the centre of Saint-Tropez, the perched village of Gassin and the beaches of Pampelonne. The villa is also close to a golf course, a polo club, a tennis club and a cycle path that leads to Saint-Tropez in just a few minutes.
