Suite with 2 bedrooms, 1st floor, independent access. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also office table, sofa, dressing room, balcony.
Room 3
Master bedroom. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table, sofa, living area, private terrace.
Room 4
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also office table.
Room 5
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also office table, dressing room.

Note : Room 2 is a suite with 2 bedrooms (1 Double bedroom with independent entrance, private shower bathroom, desk and a small sofa; 1 Single bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet).
All suites feature : smart tv with an entertainment system, wifi access, Nespresso machines, lap top safes, stationary supplies, refrigerators, full heating and air conditioning, heated towel rails, fresh toiletries and sunbeds.
Indoors
The property was designed by Ed Tuttle, the founding designer behind the Aman brand.
It consists of a central house called the Playhouse, with the pool, the main communal spaces, and a private cinema.
You will be charmed by the beautiful living areas and the 5 suites. Four of them are situated in a typical Mykonian house and offer dramatic views.
There is also 2 attractive gatehouses which offer two others double bedroom (one of them with a huge desk and a lap top with 32” inch screen). One of these buildings houses the estate’s professional kitchen which can cook meals for up to 120 people.
Outdoors
The estate has beautiful and spacious exteriors, nicely landscaped and well equipped.
The focal point of the property is the Clubhouse with heatable pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, gym as well as other facilities such as baby-foot and ping pong.
You can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in the various outdoor living and dining areas, after a nice swim in the large heatable pool (3 x 15m) with outdoor shower and jacuzzi.
Staff & Services
The price includes private Chef services (preparing Breakfast and one main meal per day), final housekeeping, daily cleaning (live-in staff) and change of linen twice a week.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as the services of a security guard (22:00 – 06:00) or pool heating.
