Indoors

The charming village house of 100 m² and a courtyard of 50 m² can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a floor.
On the ground floor, the living room with its TV area (including English channels) and its modern wood stove, its dining room open to the kitchen, an independent toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath & WC) and a double bedroom with shower room & WC.

Outdoors

You can enjoy the sunny courtyard, family lunches on the terrace table or coffees in the small space provided for this purpose. Not to mention, the rooftop terrace offers a nice view on the village houses’ roofs. This spot is very cozy and pleasant during the cocktail hour or in the evening with its lighting. The rooftop terrace consists of a bar table with 4-seater stools, 2 sun loungers and an illuminated sofa, an armchair and a coffee table.
There is another bedroom (sofa bed) in the courtyard (with another English satellite TV) complete with a shower room & WC.

Location

An outside access at the back of the house allows to quickly reach the summer market. The house is located in the center of the village, you can see from your window, the famous Bell Tower of Ars recognizable by its black and white color. You will understand, you are in the heart of the village with these shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, press shops, etc. ).
