Villa Querano

Querano is a sumptuous villa located in the heart of Tuscany, just a few minutes from the charming medieval village and castle of Castelfalfi. This elegant and refined residence offers a perfect blend of traditional Tuscan architecture and state-of-the-art facilities. Ideally located between Pisa, Florence and Siena, the residence can accommodate up to 10 people and offers top-of-the-range facilities and access to the Castelfalfi golf course.

Indoors 

The interiors combine elegance and modernity, offering a spacious lounge divided into two distinct areas. The first area offers comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, while the second is equipped with a large screen for watching films.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is perfect for preparing Tuscan feasts or taking part in cooking classes. The villa also has a games room with billiards and table football to entertain young and old.
You will also be charmed by the five bedrooms, all elegantly decorated.

Outdoors 

Outside, the villa boasts a magnificent infinity pool (13.5 x 5m – Depth : 1.2 to 1.8) with breathtaking views of the golf course and Castelfalfi Castle. You can also enjoy the veranda with barbecue and dining area, the furnished panoramic terrace and the « Bocce » field.
There is also a garage for 2 cars.

Staff & Services

The price include : light maid service 5 days a week (excluding Sundays), final cleaning, mid-week linen and towel change, welcome basic/essential items, light drinks and snacks on arrival, 
villa pre-stocking service (cost of ingredients paid locally upon receipt), Classic Concierge service.
The price do not include : extra housekeeping, use of indoor pizza oven without a cook, linen and towels change, cook and Chef services, tourist taxes.

Just a 10-minute drive from the hamlet of Castelfalfi and surrounded by a 27-hole golf course, the villa enjoys a privileged location in Tuscany, just an hour from Florence, Pisa and Siena, and 30 minutes from picturesque towns such as Volterra and San Gimignano. The village of Castelfalfi offers restaurants, shops and unique sports facilities.
