This air-conditioned house is perfect to accommodate a large family or a group of friends traveling together. It can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 beautiful double bedrooms, all with ensuite marble bathrooms and built-in wardrobes.
Guests will appreciate the elegant interiors of this house, which have been designed to offer spacious communal areas, from the double lounge with fireplace to the formal dining room. The wonderful gourmet kitchen is perfect to entertain guests and enjoy a delicious Tuscan meal.

The property offers beautiful outdoors, well laid-out.
The paved patio is the ideal spot for an evening aperitivo with views of the heatable infinity pool (16 x 5 m) and the surrounding spectacular landscapes.
Staff & Services
The prices includes a light maid-service 5 days a week (excluding Sundays).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, extra housekeeping, additional linen and towels change, cook and chef services.
Prices don’t include tourist taxes.
Location
The house is situated on a gentle hill in Chianti, next to a country road that easily connects to the nearby towns of Certaldo and Montespertoli less than 10 minutes’ drive away.
Thanks to its ideally centrally location, the villa offers the possibility to easily explore some of Tuscany’s most renowed villages including San Gimignano and Volterra.
Florence and Siena are less than an hour away, while within a shorter drive are the many villages of Chianti and a variety of delicious restaurants and spectacular wineries where to sample unique wines and precious olive oil.
